The traditional architecture here looks magnificent. This project appears well done on all levels of materials, craftwork, and Architectural Design.

I see they used large unobstructed window panes of glass; not TDL true divided lite look… Good to see the designers did not do multi-pane windows with munitions & mullions to get that authentic traditional style.

The ‘classic’ multi-pane look is attractive; but it would have obstructed the full experience of those beautiful Hudson River views. Well done, inside & out. :star_struck:

Classical Architecture is always ‘inspiring’ to behold.

View from the park grounds at General Grant National Memorial.

View from Sakura Park; the cherry blossoms pair nicely with Riverside Church in the background.

I sort of wish the top of the building was more ornamental like some other RAMSA projects, it seems alittle out of place because of its lack of ornamentation relative to Riverside Church and the seminary buildings.

People are not exactly clamoring to move in here.

Nice video Arctic Camel, enjoyed watching - thanks.

Here is another video production; this one is a more intimate, less glitzy production. If I were to give it a name it would be: If you want to know everything about Claremont Hall - ask Paul. :innocent:

It’s a shame they didn’t show a version of this tower with spires at the top. Even stubby little hints of them would have been nice.

I recently went jogging by this new condo and snapped this photo. This building literally lifts your ‘spirits’ when gazing up at all the exquisite architectural detailing on the facade.

I thought it would also be nice if I could also to take a jog through the interiors to get a quick tour of the interiors.

I came across this video: it is the next best thing to an in-person quick jog through the interior of this new residential tower. Enjoy.

That’s some nice brickwork on that building. I never realized it had that.
