NEW YORK | Central Park Tower (217 W 57th St) | 1,550 FT | 98 FLOORS

Nice, thanks for the update, Tom.

Based off roof height, 1200’/1550’ leaves us at about 77% So we’re only looking at 3/4 of the full tower still. Wow!

Same here, Tectonic. And I really hope they surprise us and bring back the spire – maybe at the last minute à la the Chrysler Building!

Amazing! So now 425 Park and One Vanderbilt can be seen from Central Park!

Yeah, One Vanderbilt will do great filling in that gap between 432 Park and Verre when looking at the skyline from the north

Will CPT top out by January 1?

No clue, but I have the feeling it will reach 1,300 feet by next month

If we can do 100 feet a month then we should top out in February.

Is it just me or is CPT at a higher elevation above sealevel than 432.

It is!

432 sits at about 30 feet whereas CPT sits at 80 feet.

So this will sit about 1,630 feet above the Hudson

maybe it might top off sometime by early spring next year

Aha! Thats why CPT seems nearly the same height right now.

Vanderbilt will also gain a nice boost too. A nice 62 ft boost.
