A good spot to view it is on the ramp when you get off I-78 towards Broad Street in Newark. If you ever get the chance, pull over onto the shoulder lane, and witness glory. An amazing view with both downtown and midtown. Its incredible how much this (432) stands out. Nordstrom, with its height boost due to elevation, will appear closer to 1700’ ASL.
I know! It’s insane. I live up in Northern Nj, almost warwick NY so I don’t normally get down that far. I do ride route 3 everyday to Clifton though for work. The view heading east just gets more and more impressive by year. 432 is nearly dead center as you come down the hill after the tick tock diner. I can’t imagine how much taller cpt will appear. We’re talking nearly 250 more height with the included elevating plus it’s a Mile closer to the Hudson. Will be a sight to behold for sure. Also, not sure if you ever head up route 23 but as you’re on 23 south by 287 and come down the hill, you can see 432 over the mountain and nothing else. It’s really awesome!!

This photo is from a couple of months ago, but I was in the area at a job site (I’m a Geologist), and managed to get this great view of 432.
Got to love Northern Jersey. Its la Creme de La Creme for luxury living.
