His building on Park Avenue South near Madison Square Park is great as well, which makes One57 all the more disappointing.

We can confidently say the North, west and east views of midtown are changed drastically. The south view of midtown needs more though.

Central Park Tower (1,550 feet) First tallest building NYC with Top floors
One World Trade Center (1,368 feet) Second tallest building NYC with Top floor (Without Antenna/ mast)
One World Trade Center (1,776 feet) First tallest building NYC with Antenna/mast
