Everything is boring in this area now.

I agree Tectonic. There is tons of glass, very little variation in style and texture, and even less creativity. About the only one with notable difference is 35 HY, but it now disappears behind a forest of towers unless you are at the HY plaza which itself is somewhat boring and cold in finishes. Generally I am not a big fan of HY.
