Permits have been filed for a 15-story mixed-use building at 858 Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Vanderbilt Avenue and Underhill Avenue, the interior lot is near the Clinton–Washington Avenues subway station, served by the C train.
