Permits have been filed for a 16-story mixed-use building at 515 West 27th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Located between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues, the interior lot is near the 34th Street–Hudson Yards subway station, served by the 7 train. Rodney Sani of Oxford Assets LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
