Steel for the parapet itself hasnt started, thats just the concrete bulkhead inside the crown.

IT TOPPED OUT this building had a good run.
Unless the building got shorter, this is most likely a topping out of the superstructure (which isn’t uncommon) and not the final height.
Definitely them finishing the concrete structure itself as the last photo from @JC_Heights looks like the bulkhead is well above the scaffolding. Should expect steel soon to finish the crown

The serated slab edge should eventually come into view once the cocoon is removed more. And the rest of the crown parapet will be steel.
I think this building definitely had a good run. I don’t know how it was this fast.
