Ridiculously restrictive zoning for Midtown, but looks pretty good given zoning restrictions. Should probably be 3-4x as tall.

Lex in the 40s and 50s has gorgeous old buildings and a lot of crap too. It’s time to bring in the plumbers and get rid of the sh…it.
