It’s a shame that only a 37-storey building is planned here, it would have been nicer if at least an 800-foot skyscraper had been planned.
Even an interesting façade could make the project less interesting, as a supertall is planned nearby. Would it also be possible to only partially demolish this building in order to build the remaining floors on the remaining base?

Work is very slow here as well. I’m unsure of where in the timeline the new lots that were just recently bought out by Extell will be demo’ed in relation to 655.
