I have been negligent in my duties as a community member by not taking any snaps of this development seeing as it is right in my neighborhood. Perhaps I’ve been trying to ignore the fact that there will be a Gene Kaufman in my immediate vicinity! (Adding salt to wound: Morris Adjmi was originally slated as the architect for the project.) But all joking aside, it’s not at all bad for Kaufman. I consider myself lucky.
