A lot of the “random” downtown projects just have bad renderings (where it’s hard to discern what the final product will really be). I hope that, and I have a feeling that, the other smaller “not-much-to-be-desired” projects will be as much a welcome surprise as this one is. It’s not spectacular by any means, but quite decent (a bit more than decent actually, imo).
