There’s no hope for Eighth Avenue, unless MSG and 2 Penn are demo’d and a new Penn launches a Renaissance.

Until then, it looks like Eighth will remain what Robert calls “Schlocksville”

I’m mystified the owner of the T-mobile store didn’t make a deal. I’m sure Chang was being cheap, but who else can you sell the building or the air rights to now?

It just accentuates a really trashy look.

F*** that T-mobile building owner but wow Chang and Kaufman outdid themselves this time. Uninspired in every way and that shear wall is disastrous.

Does anyone know which hotel chain will be at this building, is there any signage to suggest? I know that it was originally linked to Radisson.
