i heard they started construction ( like actually started it this time) i hope it gets topped out soon
Nice update, I was wondering why it seemed like it hadn’t been growing in a while but didn’t realize work had been ongoing on the large first set of mechanical and transitional floors for the next series of setbacks.

Popping into the skyline!
I hope this construction boom doesn’t end
A couple of official renderings by Binyan Studios that I don’t think have been released before:

Just for fun, a comparison with a rendering I made in 2022:
I’m going to say it, I like your square windows better but I do see the appeal of the arches for the people viewing out from the interiors.
I dont think Xing’s windows are square I think the resolution of the image has made the arches disappear but he did model them with the arches.
Yes, the square windows look nice too. The big plus of the arch is not only the views out: but the sunlight into the apartment. The value-added for good natural light into residential apartments is significant.
Looking closely, and zooming into the rendering: I do see some indication of ‘Arched Windows’.
Could you give us a possible construction status for mid-May? How high the building will be then and how far the installation of the façade has progressed?
That’s more difficult to predict for a concrete building than it is for a steel building, it might be 5 floors taller or it might be 10 floors taller (thats a plausible range for that time period) the cladding could also reciprocate that pace but its possible to probably be less.
