Shame. This is the proposal I ended up liking the most, maybe because its not close to where I live.
It will now morph into Silver Towers 2 with an unremarkable and unimpressive pair of 600 foot condo towers at either end of the site.

Silverstein has no plans to develop the site anytime soon, but it’ll come down to residential.

Ironically, seems like 2 WTC is his kryptonite. What a curse that must be…
They should just give it to Extell and Shop. Would be done in a year.
