This is rising quickly.

Agreed- def seems like they are ready to start the setback and rise again soon. No height in the last 3 weeks but they are working up there.

Agreed, but lets hope there aren’t any extraneous problems or its on hold and the lull in construction is in fact due to the transference of the structure from the podium to the tower portion.

There were lots of workers up top and lots of banging around today so I think they are still full steam ahead.

Looks like the only angular cut above the ground floor was taken out of the design, now only the top of the podium is angled and “shaved”, that portion of which also appears to be the next few floors to be constructed.

Not very attractive.

Payback to the Nimbys who gave Extell a tough time.

Cladding already going up here.

Well then, that was really fast. I wonder if it’s the final product or just test pieces. The stone detailing is kind of hard to make out so I wonder if there’s a protective tape or cover of some type covering them, because that is the final thing when compared against the renders.

Base cladding looks nicer now that more of it has been put on from bpc’s photo from a month ago. Doesn’t look like any vertical progress has been made though, probably working on the transition.

That is a classy façade.

In the last photo, you can see a circular floor set which looks to be the start of the upper floors.

Nice catch :+1:, it’s clear that the transition floors are complex due to the fact that the safety cocoon hasnt risen in a few months from its current position.
