Too bad this one has been value engineered. The original cantilever was a nice touch to counter the irregularity of the facade. Now the facade seems to have been tamed down as well. As Freddie sang, “another one bits the dust”.

From this angle it does look like the facade will look like the original rendering sans the cantilever. I hope so.
They ARE gonna cover the blank walls… right?
If we’re lucky, they’ll paint it or put some aluminum composite crap. The chances its glazed are ~0 IMO. You can see the cheapness all over this project.
That’s the most interesting view of this building.
