Ah, nice. In the foreground is 21 Park Place, an abandoned building that recently collapsed. (That’s why the street is closed.) So it’s a nice contrast of the new and the old there… buildings literally falling and rising.

I’d like to see as much of that block be redeveloped as possible (except the Park Murray Building, I love that oldie). 250 Broadway is an abomination and I’d like to see a 425 Park Ave styled renovation.

It’s hard to distinguish the color because of the reflection, but the paneling and the metal stripes on the facade feel very 425 Park-esque

It’s a shame that the PoS across the street from this tower is reflected on its beautiful façade.
