There’s a very nice rendering in today’s NYT article. This shape reminds me a lot of the tower rising on E 47th between Lex and 3rd.

This tower would be the pride of Dallas, Atl., Charlotte, etc.
The frame of reference is real. What I mean by that is that we forget how much these would stand out in other places. Take Newark. Its tallest is something like 465 feet, yet it feels quite large for the area. This tower, 45 Park, in Downtown Newark would be a game changer. Being in a skyscraper city, the definition of what’s tall and dominating gets skewed. Your so use to seeing 600/700 footers, that it feels normal. Yet venture elsewhere, and its the talk of the town.
