This is brilliant - now do XI (XI’s taking forever).
The 45 Park Place Instagram shared my photo from a long time ago. They haven’t been active since November 2019. Wonder if then being active now means anything lol
I’m a little surprised the city hasn’t asked then to take down the crane.
US Cranes did an inspection last week, its at a low enough altitude that they probably don’t think its a huge issue.
That must be costing a great deal of money just to have that crane sitting idyll.

here’s hoping. One less eyesore in Lower Manhattan.
What’s next on your agenda?
We are about to restart 45 Park Place, which is a 700-foot condo tower in Tribeca. It is going to be in the skyscape of the new downtown as we speak, but we are looking to finish that within the next 18 months and really bring a different level of service and a different level of product to home buyers, etc. The residential condo market is experiencing a moment and we think that the timing is ideal for us to get our project restarted.
The margaritaville looks like it’s packed when I see it, maybe that brought in enough to balance this guys books
Why can’t downtown finish (or even begin construction) on anything? I wish a few of the midtown buildings could move to downtown instead.
It’s not considered a desirable area. Developers keep trying to force the issue but they can’t attract buyers.
