Trust me no one will tear this down because of financing. It may sit this way for a while but someone will pick it up and finish it eventually.

I just hope to god they finish it. I live near here and it is an eyesore to say the least.
Sometimes I see the hoists moving and I wonder if they will restart but they never do. I think it’s just a fire watch

legal and religious shenanigans. A sharia loan is involved. I’m not all that familiar with Islamic customs but I bet Lawyers with expertise in both US and Islamic Contracts are not easy to find in the US.
