Another core jump! (can’t tell if partial or not, if not it should be complete by today anyway)
Making this now 368.5m or 1,200.1feet!

After another core jump yesterday, this building is now at 378m/1 240 feet!
Next jump will surpass the ESB … a historic moment!
Remember a few years ago the whole ESB controversy with the owner saying that he wanted the ESB to remain the tallest in Midtown. Now, it is being eclipsed, not by one, but by several supertalls once this finished and the others begin to rise. If you watch eyewitness news (Channel 7 for those near NYC), they usually pan to show Central Park East when discussing the weather, and this tower could be seen. Quite an dominance it has and something to look forward to when watching the news.
At this rate, this tower should be just about topped out for when I go to New York mid September (6 weeks time)! such perfect timing! Only 10 jumps or so till that happens, will be a great moment

Lovely shots. I’ll be in the city today, maybe I can snap a couple of pics. Maybe its just me but it looks like its slightly leaning. Either way, its a cool effect from afar.
Looks incredible in those photos Tectonic!
Very slim, and to think it still has another 48m to go!

I wonder how much higher this will rise in terms of feet.
From the Armani Exchange yesterday:
I’m hoping the crane rises soon because it’s been a while since the core was last able to fully jump!
10 jumps left and I was hoping to see the core topped out when I got to NY 4 weeks today, maybe not now D:
