Another great article by YIMBY.

The fins are a lot more substantial than I anticipated. I wonder if they will be covered in glass or by aluminum.

This tower gives me some hope that Foster won’t burden us with 50 HY 2.0 at 270 Park.

I hope that JPMC comes out ok. Unlike 50 HY, which is a 1,000’ dud, this tower is quite nice.

Also, The lighting on this is going to be incredible.
