I wonder what’s going on with 405.
The owners of 405 and 417 Park entered into an agreement which was recorded on ACRIS on Nov. 17, 2020. I read it very quickly, but it doesn’t seem to say anything.

A demolition permit for 405 was filed on Jan. 13, 2021, but obviously, nothing has happened.
