Apparently the H&M store is closing. Thats a fair amount of retail space that will be available. Hopefully it doesn’t sit empty like 3wtc’s retail space

The Hudson & Manhattan Railroad?

Only the old-timers call it that.

It has been known as PATH for decades.

H&M is a clothing retailer as well, which is what is closing at 4 WTC.

Great news! 4 WTC has been a total success all around (and the only tower to NOT be value engineered).

I agree they’ve managed to fill all the office and retail space pretty successfully. Losing H&M was a bit of a blow but its good they found someone to take the space relatively fast. I wonder why the same cant be said about 3wtc. They’ve had such a hard time filling their retail since they opened and even the last few empty floors haven’t had any luck filling those

This will bring even more foot traffic to the complex. Uniqlo has great essentials at very reasonable prices that attract a more diverse array of consumers. Great upgrade!
