The floors in the section facing the park don’t line up with the section facing 3rd ave. I guess that means there’ll be a separate elevator bank. Unless there are duplexes or triplexes on the park that line up on their entrance floors …

Great find. I thought the concrete reflected Alesch’s watercolor. It’s a shame that the terraces look more tacked on and the tower section doesn’t have as much definition and verticality, but a lot of the character survived value engineering. A lantern at the top would have been nice.
