Can’t wait for the midtown rezoning passes and we see more of this on the cross streets! The retail strip and streetscaping (*wink wink, haha) of that area need a lot more care

The building is named “Royce” (like the Japanese chocolate shop in Bryant Park, but without the trailing apostrophe).
