Woah, that’s fugly. They shouldn’t even bother wrapping up the fake floors in curtain wall. I don’t think they could have built it for any cheaper.
The good thing is those buildings between this and beer authority will eventually come down and new tall hotels (20-30 floors) will block this horrible concrete wall from most views. The bad thing is, these newer hotels will also likely be cheap and have blank concrete walls.
I think I preferred the parking lot to this.

I kinda wonder what the architect was thinking. I mean from a pride standpoint. How can any self-respecting architect feel proud of this?!
Jeez, have some sort of integrity and value in ones work.
And I get that cost limitation and developer parameters set the expectation, but a design can be within a budget range and still look good. This is just cheap, thoughtless, and degrading. Something that you keep off the Portfolio section.
