“How far along are you on leasing at 3, 4 and 7 WTC?

Seven is full. Four is full. Three we opened a little over a year ago, and I believe we’re at 71%. I’m hopeful by the end of the year we’ll be pushing 80%.”

Within only almost a year 1/2 of being open this tower is already closer to being full!

Philadelphia-based law firm Cozen O’Connor will consolidate its two New York City offices to 77,000 square feet at World Trade Center, landlord Silverstein Properties announced.

Cozen O’Connor signed a 15-year lease for the entire 55th floor and a part of the 56th floor of the 80-story high rise that opened last year, according to the landlord.

The law firm which has outposts in 27 cities in two continents currently has space at 45 Broadway in the Financial District and 277 Park Avenue in Midtown, but plans to leave both for 3 WTC towards the end of 2020, according to the landlord.

It really sucks that Larry can’t find financing to build 2 WTC on spec.

It’s a never ending depression with Tower 2. The worst luck.
