275 4th Avenue: Developer Adam America has filed in “support of excavation” for their 11-story and 78-unit mixed-use building at 273-281 4th Avenue, in Gowanus. Demolition of the existing McDonald’s has been approved, and is scheduled to begin today. ODA Architecture is designing the nearly 65,000 square-foot building, which will include 4,500 square feet for commercial use.
