Is there a farther away angle of this to show how tall it currently is? All of these zoomed in pictures make it difficult to tell.

Because of the location it’s very hard to get a wide angle from far away. It is surrounded on all sides by tall buildings.

the table top is about 65 feet above street.

Just to let you guys know, third crane on park ave is going in. You will start seeing this building rise after the new year.

Matt, will the highest unoccupied point of this tower be at least 1,400’ tall?

Thanks!

Do you know anything about the water features? In the renderings, it looks like there might be vertical water walks on the Madison Ave side.

I know some don’t like the diamonds but I think they are cool. We don’t have anything on that scale. I wonder if/how they will be illuminated.

I’m pretty biased for any building that gives a nice impression from Queens. That’s why I’m also rooting for 350 Park.

cladding for the diamonds

My guesses are either CLT to be trendy and green, or expensive bronze to match the Seagram Building down the street.

JPMorgan Chase is the best bank in the world, and Dimon is King of the Street.

I expect an absolutely opulent castle here.

I’m curious if the stone walls on either side of the Madiso Ave entrance will be water walls with water flowing down them.

That wouldn’t be so great in the wind.

I don’t know if that’s what it is, but there are many waterwalls in Manhattan, and they do fine.

There appear to be two pools on either side of the Mad Ave entrance, so I’m curious if waterwalls feed into them.
