I just found this today, shows the demolition side
1388’ occupied
So the parapet might, in fact, exceed 1,400’, right?
Correct. That honestly what I’ve been expecting, won’t be surprised if that’s what actually happens

Mr. Dimon, your palace is proceeding as scheduled.
Old man Morgan must be smiling ear-to-ear in his grave at how his city is transforming. You recall, he single-handedly saved the US economy one time.
Speaking of Morgan, they’d be a good anchor for 175 Park.
That’s it. Looks like the new one is taller than the other one… Is that right?
Was there a rendering that was taken down?
I hope that this is taller than 1,388’.
It’s my understanding that they won’t show a rendering until the old building has been completely torn down.
Correct, but I thought that maybe something was leaked.
I wonder how heavy that is. It is enormous!
Would it be plausible to say that the engineering for this building is only possible due to the use of computers? It is remarkable considering what is going on under this building and the amount of weight being concentrated in such small areas. Not being an engineer I find the entire process daunting and baffling.
