NEW YORK | 270 Park Ave | 1,389 FT | 70 FLOORS

I’ve gone by before and the flag is getting blow by something. I suspect a hidden fan or something of the sort because it’s pretty constant.

Fascinating. I don’t know whether to find that silly or impressive.

Those are real photos not renders.

The flag in the lobby in being blown by air blowing out of small holes in the pole in a similar fashion to the Olympic flags. It’s a self-billowing flagpole.

HVAC system was designed to pump out 1000mg of Viagra a minute for every 100 occupants, so the flag responds accordingly.

I’m going with silly on this.

Looks like no water feature. I will have to go by here at some point and inspect.

There was an awesome and very recent instagram post showing drone footage of the crown lit up at night. I absolutely cannot find it but it’s absolutely worth sharing here

well, it’s definitely a water feature, in that water is featured. but not a waterfall. though the water for the plants does drain and drop down into the pools.

the stone does look nice up close. as the plants grow in, it will feel more natural.

I wonder if @robertwalpole is happy about that
