They started to clad the top of the fan column triangles (at the top of the tabletop platform), I’m unsure to what extent they’ve been covered.

They’re testing the lights again tonight.

And on 4/30 as well.

They’ve been doing a lot of testing in the past three days. The lights were on every night in some capacity. I’m hyped for the eventual testing of the east and west sides where the diamonds are.

The diamond that is lit is bright. I’m delighted.

This cam has a great view!

I’ve had its livestream as a desktop background for the past year or so.

Wonderful. Perhaps it’s the camera angle but it appears like there’s two different temperatures of white? Or perhaps it’s just the way the light is inset against the brown facade of the diamonds it appears warmer?

Yes it’s the second part, as I’ve said before because there are 2 variants of light they will appear differently. The soft light on the diagrid is hidden so you just see whatever light is bouncing off the facade, but the N/S stripe lighting is visible to the eye so you see the light as it is emitting from the fixture.

I’m sure they could change the temperature and/or color of the lights to match better but whether they will do that is another question.

It’s great that it’s bright in person. I wonder how visible it will be on the floors with lighting, since the lighting is similar to the warm lighting of the office floors.

Is this building going to be lit from top to bottom?

From what I’ve seen in the renders and during testing, the North and South facades won’t but the East/West (sides with the diamonds) will be lit top to bottom.

Thanks, that make sense.
