Amazing :fire:

Great images, although you might have the proportion of the top two tiers reversed. The proportions of the lateral bracing (the diamonds) steadily decrease over the height of the building.

You can also see the crane for 520 Fifth Ave.

“Tallest crane in NYC” At the moment, yes. But they probably forgot about Central Park Tower’s crane, which I think some people literally hung off of it

Good to see the progress. 3 months and it’s almost topped out

270 Park on the right. Also some nice drones used to light up a globe.

United Nations vibes.

Is this an old image? I don’t think that is 270 Park, but One Vanderbilt. 270 should not be to the left of Met Life from that angle and would think One Vanderbilt’s spire may be visible as well.

You’re correct. Based on OV’s progress, looks like late 2018

Nice shot! The GE Building looks so tiny at 640’.

I wasn’t sure what that building was either… :pensive:

This is a great real time example of what is called the “wisdom of crowds” - the self correcting nature of crowd sourcing. Great to see how this works in real time.

It’s so fascinating to see how a great deal of the columns at this level are splayed and angled due to the reconfiguration of the core shape at the setback. Maybe by the time next weekend rolls around they may have started to install another set of columns and will have shrunken down the safety cocoon again to better reveal the shape of the 4th tier.

Thanks everyone for all the nice updates these past few weeks.
