So bad. :-1:

I can’t even say it’s lazy because it feels like they went out of their way to make it overly kitsch. Genuinely just an offensive building. Like an architectural slur.

While I know these units are for the ultra-rich, this still feels like some Great Value-brand Billionaire’s Row tower with that core sticking out. If they had at least added some glass panels to cover it up, it wouldn’t seem so much like an afterthought by the designers :grimacing:

I can already see this building falling into disrepair due to lazy owners as rust stains leak from the “port holes” while dirt and grime from years of neglect make the base a mish-mash of different shades of white and grey

if this thing starts to rust it’ll probably look better, in like a dystopian way

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a single positive comment on this building…………rightfully so

The design is meh and it blocks a sightline of the Empire State Building that is considered iconic. I don’t hate it but I wouldn’t be upset if the city decided to demolish it in the future.

i think it would’ve been better around the Sutton Place or something like that

If this building was buried somewhere in the mass of midtown Manhattan I wouldn’t care. It’s because of where it’s located is what’s most upsetting to me.

I actually like this building. I hope that the developer pays attention to the finishing touches. They’re taking a long time to finish which means they could be having money troubles.

If I had a few extra bucks laying around I’d consider living here. The views are probably spectacular.

The floorplans are not good. You could do better and I’ll wager that there will be construction issues a la 432 Park.

Thank you, I didn’t know what that snail meant.
