Here’s a glimpse from a retail marketing company… It says “conceptual rendering” on the pic but it looks like it could be the legit design… So many nice things going up on the UWS near each other that don’t have renderings.

well if the rendering is anything to go by it’ll be industrial loft inspired, which is unusual for the Upper West Side.

YIMHudson–It does have an industrial feel, but the lines in the concrete and the windows also speak to a certain UWS mode. I like it. I’ll have to wait and see how the cantilever fits in when the forms are taken down.

The McDonald’s below the cantilever has been accused of turning its exhaust vent away from 2551 Broadway and onto a neighboring residential building.
The neighbors are not “lovin’ it.”
