Foundation starting.
This corner site will be surrounded by the much larger project at 249 e 62nd which is an L shaped lot that also fronts 2nd ave. that one will be around 500 ft but as of yesterday the lot was clear but abandoned still ( I think the larger site has a new developer as of last month so maybe they will start on the larger building soon.).
