Norvin Properties has filed applications to redevelop the 15-story office building at 250 Church Street, located between Leonard and Franklin streets in TriBeCa, into a 17-story structure with 107 residential units. The 201-foot-tall structure would gain 30 feet in height with the two-story addition. There would also be 8,577 square feet of retail space across the ground and cellar levels. The residential units would be located across the second through 17th floors and should average 1,678 square feet apiece. Handel Architects is the architect of record.
