Most of the floorplans are absolutely terrible. I found a bunch and some of these only have one window. For the rent they charge for these apartments, that is absolutely unacceptable.

Here’s all the floorplans I could find.

Honestly big downgrade for this building
I understand they needed more windows but they sacrificed all of the charm

‘Studio with two baths and two home offices’ is one of the sketchiest unit layouts I’ve ever seen-- and the NYC rental market has a LOW bar. This is residence hall living at luxury prices. Even in the renderings the windowpanes look like dogs**t from the inside

That building was ugly both before and after the renovation. The renovation is a slight improvement, though.

Hate to see CO doing this kind of shilling for a developer. Ain’t nothing vibrant whatsoever about this textbook cheaply-built ripoff of a rental complex.

$3,600+ a month for a studio with a COURTYARD view? Dirt cheap window fixtures and hotel-style PTAC hvac systems in a ‘luxury’ development? off-brand Turkish kitchen appliances too. It’s everything that’s wrong with rental builds in NYC.

Link’s paywalled. Archived URL available here.

Anyways, the developer probably paid for that piece. These ugly mid-century buildings should be razed and replaced as this is what happens when you let crappy developers redevelop them. The prices for crappy apartments with basically no windows (some apartments have only one) are extreme.
