A midrise.
Quite standard height for this part of town under the applicable zoning rules. This will be about the same as the array of other new buildings that have risen on Broadway between 72nd and 110th.

This is by Hill West Architects, not RAMSA, though still a nice design, there’s less detail to ornamentation.

Hmm, that’s probable, though strange there has been no mention of them (RAMSA) anywhere yet, especially since Naftali if the developer, but Hill West has also designed several nice neoclassical like buildings around the city.
