I guess. It still seems very slow to me.

This is from Sat.

Parts of the façade are finally starting to shape up. I think it looks handsome.

Yeah it looks great!

That TD Bank building must go!

Only a matter of when.

I hope so

The TD Bank building was for sale as a development site. So hopefully something goes up there soon. What a great site for an interesting tower, given the shape of the building footprint.

I agree. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!

It would be nice if this piece of junk comes down!

They should really redesign a modern court house with a tower on top. They could finance the redesign by selling the tower portion to a developer.

I am not seeing the variety of fiber reinforced concrete panels as list here in the color/material sample selections. I do not see the perforated aluminum panels either: but they may be there.

This still looks great; despite being somewhat monolithic looking.

I am also noticing the brick building to the right with the word “lawyers” on the facade: wondering why those windows are so deep-set. That may have been a design decision, or a desire to provide a comfy perch for roosting pigeons. :stuck_out_tongue:

I like this one.

I agree stache.

Fits just right.

I like that they took the care to tile the blank wall above the older building.

Agreed, this is a nicely done building.
