I dont Mind That Design But I Hope 2 World Trade Center Gets Built but Silverstein needs to get it built Before he goes sleepy time in ground under dirt, whatever design he goes with it needs to be built soon, tbh (to be honest)

The professional model confirms that that iteration was also 1348’ tall, as there is no topography on the model and it would appear to be slightly taller than 1WTC with topography/IRL due to it being at a higher ground elevation relative to AMSL, whereas in the model it is near matching or slightly below the roof line of 1WTC.

What is taking larry so long im getting impatient Although that Two World Trade Center Or (Tower Two) The Model as of Now Does not Look Good with a Spire But I guess thats the Design They Might Go With But im not 100% Sure If Thats what Silverstein Is going with I Hope They Get it Built

This is yet another of many models commissioned from Radii in 2023 and 2024.
Then suddenly we’ve seen the terribly butchered multiple revisions.
They’ve spent millions at this point on designs that never made it thru.
The original remains superior, but this model does this design some justice. Not too bad at all.
- they really should’ve made 5WTC a few meters shorter.

And if you get something like The Durst Organisation in 2WTC’s final development they likely scrap that weak excuse of a spire as well.
In my opinion only the first version of the redesign by Foster & Partners after Bjark’s thumbling tower looked decent, since then every iteration looks more and more like some cheap stack of greenhouses. This time not thumbling over or containing kitch neon texts.Also that staircase / mass idea is ugly.
Just bring back diamond design! It was made for the complex and is the real brother of 1 and 3, even with light falling onto the memorial pools.
And how can a tower from 2006 that never saw the light of day be outdated? Some Gen Z tiktok noob saying that? Who came up with that? 
Sorry for getting annoyed as an enthousiast following this project from the other side of the pond with much passion for over 20 years. Anyway, on this side of the pond we have barely anything of that magnitude to look forward to. In my little country slowly some taller towers come to fruition, like a tower of 280 meters / 938 feet, I think that will be done way earlier than 2WTC. 
Almost 25 years after that scum attacked the US, a disgrace it isn’t rebuild yet. If this was done by politicians, I wouldn’t be surprised at all, but knowing the money is there and yet nothing happens… Wow…

Looking at earlier posts from a decade ago, it’s unfortunate to see this tower in development limbo for so long 
5+ designs, years of potential starts, a growing cost to build it, etc….
Whenever I see a reply to this post, I hold onto a glimmer of hope that finally…. FINALLY, there’ll be news of construction but… alas

And 5WTC should have been in the size that KPF initially did for JPMC (without the cantilever), and there would be a perfect spiral. At best, 5+2 will be done in their current designs, which will be somewhat uneasy to the eye.

That Rendering Is Looking Outstanding, how 2 WTC would look with the diamond design Had It Been Built with 5 Wtc Complete and the 1 WTC’s Spire is covered and Not With a Skeletal Steel attena too I Give It a 10/10 for best rendering and best quality

So in just a relatively short amount of time we will once again be nearing the anniversary of the attacks. It’ll also mark one year since silverstein started negotiating with American Express. What do we think the odds are we’ll hear something? I know they aren’t necessarily in a rush since to move anytime soon, but surely a year is long enough to decide whether or not they want to stay or go? Im really hoping this year is the year we finally get some good news. This building needs built. Hopefully too we get the taller version without the spire

Larry Silverstein Needs to get 2 World Trade Center Underway Soon Hopefully Amex and Silverstein Can Supposedly Reach A Agreement Sooner or later And I Hope 2 WTC can Finally Rise from its 26 Year Slumber And Im Unsure of 2 WTC’s Fate or Future (That is) But If a Agreement Has FINALLY been made 2 WTC Can finally Wake up and Can Be Built at last if all Goes well
