As glad as I am to see ANY progress happening on this site after roughly 15 years of inactivity, I think the moment we’ll all be excited about is when the first steel beams start to rise up (and its eventual completion after so long) 
What’s the likelihood it’ll be at least 2-5 stories by the 25th anniversary?

The core will be under construction then, steel starts in Spring 2027

There may be some steel when they start the mechanical podium. Then it’ll sit there, at 5-6 stories while they complete the final mech configuration before rising higher.

I don’t see much new duct work (outside of the large number of ducts that were already on site) besides the 2 stair press ducts that were added. At least in relation to the timelapse that TK2000 shared.

This is the new ductwork since site work started. They installed new fan units where the old ones were and where they accessed the middle of the core on the northern side. They placed the top circle on the new concrete the poured that I pointed out previously

Thanks for pointing that out, I didn’t nothing anything north of the 2 bottom highlights.
Those 2 boxes with the circles ontop of them look like heat pumps, that other small duct adjacent to the heat pumps doesn’t look connected to anything, but it probably is, the site is just a mess.
The 2 largest ducts that are visible from outside the fence are replacement stair press ducts as I mentioned before. I’m not sure what that other low lying one next to them is though, it isn’t connected to anything.

You can see that they’ve now redirected one of the existing stair press ducts to the new duct routing.

So good to see the colors of that ‘artistic’ monstrosity that stood for endless waiting (almost decay) finally disappear. Although I see some elements left, like the vents/ducts, but that’s just a matter of time.

Also the groundbreaking is in nine days. Better get those pipes off the core layout!
