I still can’t believe It took a quarter century to start rebuilding 2WTC  I remember the posts about 3WTC potentially becoming a “stump” and hoping we would one day see this entire site wrapped up … around 2012 :smiling_face_with_tear: If this were an awe-inspiring design, I’d agree that they’re “building the future”, but ultimately…

Silverstein wasn’t interested in building until a major tenant wanted to rent.

That’s wrong, they were looking to build on spec just before Covid broke and applied to the RRIF program before AmEx came onboard.

Where can I find this please?

I think it looks fine, as Arik mentioned previously, if the 3 WTC site model is accurate, the end of the train is 1.5x the width of the typical bay.

I think your overhangs at the terraces are a little too stubby though.

I thought so too. I’m hoping we’ll get elevations soon, that’ll make the heights much more accurate. I even just toyed around with the whole tower to make it more accurate

Wow, this looks amazing, are there more angles in this rendering? Hope the height is correct… Eitherway an amazing render, makes me more exciting about it’s development.

Atleast at the 25th anniversary cranes are likely rising at 2WTC.

That’s some AI baloney slop whether by F+P or someone else.

I wonder why they went that route instead of more polished renders (cost cutting aside)
