Based on the fourth shot, the Earthcam is still attached to the rooftop of the Millennium Hilton. I mean the Millennium Downtown New York. I mean the M Social Hotel New York Downtown

Below grade work is starting now along with prep of the site. Vertical construction should start around late summer to early fall starting with the concerte shell and then steel around spring 27’ or earlier. Just like 3 wtc. Substantial completion will be Summer 2030 with occupancy in 2031. Now the subject could change a little that’s why they said 2031. This all depends if everything goes smoothly.

To me (and possibly only me) that perspective makes the photo look especially utopian, with 1 WTC blending in with the clear blue sky. Excellent shot!

The one on the lower left would’ve been “meh” without that ridiculous Z on top. Was that supposed to be the architect’s idea of a visual continuum from T3?
If so, there should’ve been a Frankenstein mob at the doors of his offices demanding forfeiture of his license.
That’s supposed to be Deutsche Banks logo as they were originally supposed to be the anchor tenant for the basement design, but the middle leg isnt supposed to be connected to the outer box.
