One building replaced by another almost as ugly. Progress it is!
This whole area is so pathetic despite its strategic advantages.
The Penn Station Towers are a start, but hopefully we get more than that.
The biggest mistake for the area was the destruction of the original Penn.
Without the destruction, we wouldn’t have this topic because there would be skyscrapers here.

I’ve been thinking of this as lipstick on a pig, but now I’m beginning to think it’s more like botox on a building.
Anyone know if/where they’re planning on relocating the original Penn stone eagles that were out front 2 Penn?
I may be in the minority who actually thinks it looks halfway decent. Yes, it’s sort of already outdated, but for what it is, this project actually seems decent.
