Perfect example where ‘optimal function’ can coincide with ‘optimal Architectural Design’ - this project is brilliant.

The integration of interlocking duplex apartments - and offset angular terraces - is the type of ‘Shape-shifting’ that only modernist Architecture can achieve.

Traditional Architectural design is an easy formula that always looks beautiful; but Modernist design requires brilliant solutions in order to get excellent results like 199 Chrystie.

My new favorite low rise development - brilliant… :star_struck:
