NEW YORK | 1841 Broadway | 298 FT | 27 FLOORS

I wonder when this crappy little AAA building will be redeveloped.

I hope that it didn’t sell all of its air rights.

And this garbage at 2067 B’Way.

I wonder if the design has been modified to eliminate the rounded corners.

This building is way too small. But it looks nice

Should’ve been double the height, 50 stories.

Isn’t this on Columbus circle? Lol you’ll be looking at this, take 2 steps, turn around and there’s a 1,500 ft building right there.
Obviously that’s the extreme but even surrounding this building are much taller and bigger buildings.

Lol, imagine. I’m assuming it’ll blend in with the surrounding cityscape. But isn’t the nearby (literally next door) Time Warner Center pretty tall, I believe also 50 stories?

Just did my research they’re both 55 stories tall. They don’t look that tall though, wow.

Time Warner was a monster for its time. They were still building residential with lower ceiling heights back then.

It belongs downtown. The gateway to the UWS should have had another limestone tower.

Looks like it’s topped out. Damn, this one is disappointingly short given the location. Big missed opportunity. I suppose they didn’t have any more air rights, but I sure wish they had.
