That’s made clear/taken from the program section of the building, which is accurate to the height.

The program section?
It’s that (usually color coded) diagram of how each floor will be utilized. “Program,” as in use programming; “section,” as in an architectural section diagram.

That would be a beautiful view from a hotel room, just gorgeous. After a beautiful day in the city and in the evening in the room because enjoy the view.

This section diagram corroborates TKDV’s estimated figures - while it is of the older 5-tiered design, the overall height is about the same as what’s currently approved.

When the video was first posted on SSC from youtube I assumed it was like some sort of update for this tower, hence me posting it here. Apologies if I was unaware it was only for tenants

Yes, it was originally intended for private users only, not for the public (like us on SSC, SSP and YIMBY). But yes we have the video here in the forum and it was also posted in the other forums so deleting it is not possible. In the future please be more careful what information is copied from SSP and SSC to YIMBY.

I wonder why it was posted on youtube then it was only for private users. How would we know if it’s for private or public users?
